Shaolin Boxing

It is said, "Boxing is the essential of the 18 routines of martial arts." The basic elements of Shaolin Boxing involve hands, eyes, body and feet. The hand movement should be flexible, neither entirely crooked, nor entirely straight. The skill of making a fist is as follows: keep four fingers abreast; stretch straightly; crook the second and the third joint bones of the forefinger, the middle finger, the ring finger, and the little finger; then crook the thumb and put its joint bone on the second joint bones of the forefinger and the middle finger, clench the fist at last. One should loosen the fist after a quick blow.
