Kaleidoscope -> Chinese Kungfu

Dingshang Yingzhao Gong (Eagle's Claws on Nails - The...

    This is one of the most difficult exercises among the Shaolin unique skills. At the very beginning of training, lift a porcelain jar on each hand weighing 5 kg and stretch two arms horizontally. Perhaps it is hard to lift the jars at first, but several months later, one could lift the two jars ups and downs freely. Afterwards, put some sand into the jars and practice again with the same method as the above. The first phase of this kung-fu could be completed until one could lift 60-kg weight. In the second phase, one must put some iron sand into the jars and persist in hard training until one could lift two jars weighing ISO kg easily by two arms. Then comes to the third stage of the skill. One must stand on a nail plate to lift two heavy jars with more iron sand while two arms hold the jars ups and downs freely.
