Kaleidoscope -> Chinese Kungfu

Zhanmo Jian (The Sword of Killing Devil-The Palm Exercise)

    After practicing this kung-fu, the palm could be as sharp as a sword which can break the iron plate and whittle a piece of wood. Only a few Shaolin guard monks in the past successive dynasties could manage it though most of them practice this kung-fu. It will take more than 30 years of hard training to achieve the success. According to the historical records of the Shaolin Temple, Master Zi Kai of the Sui Dynasty (581-618) and Master Fu Ju of the Tang Dynasty (618-907) were well known throughout the country for their palm techniques.
