Kaleidoscope -> Chinese Kungfu

Qianjun Jiao (The Feet Exercise)

    If mastering this kung-fu, one could break a rock easily by a flying kick. The training methods are as follows: bury a stake which is as thick as a bowl under the ground with 1.6 m above the ground and 66 cm under the ground, pile it very tightly without shaking. Kick the stake with one foot, then with the other. After one-year training, kick the stake with each heel for SO to 100 times, practice three times a day. If one doesn't feel tired after 2,000 kicks daily, one could break the stake into half. Afterwards, one starts to kick a rectangle stone of some 40 kg. At the very beginning, one will feel a slight pain when kicking the stone. Then keep practicing until one could kick a stone of 100 kg to far away. After a considerable period of time, one could kick a stone block of 500 kg and break it in half by foot.
